RE-ENVISION RE-CONNECT RE-FRESH
TouchPoint Summit is the event we prepare for all year-long. And you, our partner churches, are the reason for it. Your mission is the lifeblood of ours. TouchPoint Summit is designed to equip you to fully utilize our software, promote collaboration with other church partners and TouchPoint staff, and allow you to experience new cities and new food. We missed gathering in person last year and hope to host an in person event this fall.
We hope you will join us!

Please email summit@touchpointsoftware.com before beginning your registration.
For the prior two in-person events, the Summit has kicked off with the Wednesday evening Welcome Dinner. We heard your feedback from Summit 2019, and we have decided to begin our sessions Wednesday morning this year! Not only that, but we are delaying Check-In until 11am CST, so you may choose to arrive that morning if you would like to save on hotel costs from the night before.
People in the past have worn a range from business casual to smart casual clothing. Blue jeans are appropriate–whatever will make you feel comfortable and ready to engage.
All after-hours events are also casual, so whatever you plan for the day will be suitable for evening activities.
Each morning, we will provide coffee, juice, bagels, and fruit daily at Bellevue. We will also provide lunch all three days and afternoon snacks on Wednesday and Thursday. Our Wednesday Welcome Dinner will be held at the end of the first day at Rendezvous. Learn more about this Memphis staple here. You can’t come to Memphis and not get good BBQ!
Thursday evening, we will visit another Memphis staple, the Arcade Restaurant. This is Memphis’s oldest restaurant and was frequented by both Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash. Visit their website here.
Yes. We are able to accommodate for separate payment options if you need to pay for the evening activities using a different credit card. Please email summit@touchpointsoftware.com for more information.
We have a Summit Courtesy Rate with Hyatt Place at Wolfchase. We will have complimentary shuttle service to/from the hotel daily.
Scroll down to the Accommodations section for more information and links for booking.
The shuttles will provide transportation service from Hyatt Place on Wednesday morning, Thursday morning, and Friday morning to Bellevue. The shuttles will return to the hotel Wednesday and Thursday after sessions conclude. Shuttles will provide transportation to/from evening dinner activities. The shuttles will also provide transportation to the Friday afternoon activity and then to the airport. There is no additional cost for taking advantage of the shuttle service. Shuttles will depart at specified times (times will be announced as the agenda unfolds). Important note: there is limited seating on the shuttles for optional evening activities. Please select the shuttle options you will need at the time of registering.
Yes! If you decide to come directly to Bellevue from the airport, we will have a room reserved for luggage. We will also have this space reserved for luggage on Friday as well.
While Summit registrations are occurring inside of TouchPoint this year, the Summit database is not tied to any other church’s database. It will not recognize your login credentials, and you will need to create an account if you would like to have one inside of the Summit database.
If you are unable to attend TouchPoint Summit, please notify a TouchPoint Summit team member ASAP. Keep in mind that all registrants who cancel have the option to transfer their registration to another member of their church to attend in their place. If you would like to proceed with this option, please let the TouchPoint Summit team know who you are sending in your place and please coordinate with your hotel accommodation.
